Notre Dame Ninth Annual $50,000 Raffle

It’s that time of the year again.  Our 9th Annual ND Raffle is beginning and tickets are on sale here!  

Dear Friends of Notre Dame Schools,

Greetings to each of you during these unusual and difficult days. The health and well-being of each and every one of you are of the utmost importance to all of us. With the extension of New York State’s PAUSE Executive Order, we are faced with the difficult decision to cancel the drawing party for our Annual Raffle which was scheduled to be held on Sunday, April 19th. 

We will, however, be moving the drawing to an online event to take place that day at 3 pm.   You may watch the live drawing on our Facebook page, Notre Dame Junior/Senior High School, and the winning numbers will be posted to our website shortly thereafter.  Also, stay tuned to our social media channels for a special offer on Friday, April 17th and Saturday, April 18th.

If you wish to purchase an additional ticket or have a friend or family member who is interested, there are less than 300 tickets remaining! They can be purchased via our website at www.notredameutica.org or by calling 315-724-5118, ext. 29.  Please leave a message and someone will return your phone call to assist with your purchase.

Our creative and thoughtful committee is hard at work to plan an additional fall event that will hopefully generate the dollars needed for our Emergency Tuition Assistance Fund, which is now more important than ever. Look for information in the coming days about how this is going to work and how you can support this effort.

Each year, Notre Dame holds the Raffle as its major annual fundraiser.  All funds raised go directly to the operational budget of our school; Money raised pays for teacher’s salaries, facilities upgrades, educational technology, and software.

The prizes to be awarded are as follows:

1st PRIZE      $50,000

2nd PRIZE      $20,000 

5  PRIZES       $ 1,000   each                            

10 PRIZES      $    500   each

                                    NOTRE DAME RAFFLE AND DRAWING PARTY DETAILS

  •  The donation for each ticket is $80.00.  More than one name may be on a ticket.
  •  The Drawing will take place online on Sunday, April 19, 2020, at 3 pm.  
  • Drawings will begin at approximately 3:00 pm with the 17th prize drawing and end with the first prize of $50,000.
  • Taxes will be the responsibility of the winner.  (Appropriate forms will be filed.)
  • Every winning ticket is thrown back into the drum so that you can win more than once on the same ticket!
  • Requests for Lucky or Special Numbers (between 1 – 2000) will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Need not be present to win. 

If all 2,000 tickets are not sold by the day of the drawing, the drawing will go on as planned; however, prizes will be 50% of the ticket money collected and distributed on a prorated basis (see back of ticket application for prorated details.)  Any number of people may purchase a single ticket; however, due to space limitations, only two adults may attend the Drawing Party on a single ticket.  YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE A TICKET.
